The last few weeks have been pretty hectic with certification activity across the West Midlands: Birmingham in particular, but also Shrewsbury, Telford (of course!), Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth and the Black Country (and some places we have not worked before – Leamington Spa and Nuneaton). We have also just won another contract for a major ISO 9001 training programme in Mozambique for September, with the United Nations. Unfortunately, once again, it is my Portuguese speaking colleagues who are running that, while I have the joys of the M6/M5 intersection! Mustn’t grumble!
