One area where support is valuable is assistance with management reviews. I am increasingly feeling that a small amount of targeted support, either starting at or just after the internal audit, and supporting the management team, is money well spent. This increases the reflective value of ISO 9001/14001, greatly enhances the continual improvement, and results in fewer non-compliances.
